How much notice is required to cancel a lesson?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Music Program cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less notice result in a lost class and a fee, as stated in the packet.
How do make-up lessons work?
The packet allows up to two make-up sessions per month for sessions cancelled with the required notice. Make-up sessions must be scheduled within two weeks of the original cancelled session and are subject to the tutor’s availability; the day or time may differ from the original lesson.
How do I withdraw from a program?
A written notice of withdrawal is required at least 30 days before the intended withdrawal date. Without the required notice, tuition charges continue according to the scheduled enrollment.
